Course Overview
The Level 7 Diploma in Health and Wellness Coaching is designed for experienced professionals seeking to deepen their expertise and impact in the fields of health, nutrition, and wellness coaching. This postgraduate-level diploma equips learners with advanced theoretical knowledge, practical coaching tools, and professional ethics necessary to support clients in making meaningful, lasting lifestyle changes.
Learners will master the ability to build strong client relationships, apply behavioural science, integrate the mind-body connection, and operate ethically in a wide variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, schools, corporations, and private practice.
This qualification provides a total of 120 credits, structured over 7 mandatory units, and is recognized for progression to master's-level study or leadership roles in wellness coaching.
Entry Requirements
To enrol in this qualification, learners must:
- Be aged 19 or over.
- Hold a Level 6 qualification or a Bachelor’s degree.
- Applicants without formal qualifications but with substantial professional experience may be considered, subject to interview.
- For non-native English speakers: IELTS 6.0 or equivalent.
- Provide two references, at least one academic (where applicable).
