Entry Requirements
Applicants are expected to meet the following criteria:
A qualification at Level 3 (such as A-Levels or equivalent vocational awards)
Some experience in an organisational or coaching-related role, showing motivation to develop professionally
A good standard of English (IELTS 6.0 or equivalent for non-native speakers)
Mature learners without formal qualifications may be considered based on experience and interview
Two supporting references (preferably one academic)
Qualification Structure
To achieve the Level 4 Diploma in Coaching, learners must complete six mandatory units:
